Mahdi Safari

Mahdi Safari has a diverse work experience in various technology roles. Mahdi started their career at SoftwareHouse in 2004 as a Lead Engineer, where they worked until 2016. Then, they joined Making Social as a Tech Lead from 2016 to 2017. After that, they worked at Tradik as the Head of Development for a brief period in 2017.

In September 2017, Mahdi joined November as the Head of Technology. In this role, they were responsible for hiring, managing, and coaching engineers. Mahdi introduced agile and scrum methodologies to the team and organized workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions with other stakeholders. Mahdi also designed and architected scalable systems and educated other teams on technical agile practices.

Currently, Mahdi is working at McMakler as the Head of Product Engineering, a role they started in April 2021. Their main focus is building mature and high-performing Product Teams in the customer-facing, Fintech, and internal domains.

Mahdi Safari obtained their Master's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. Mahdi attended the institution from 2013 to 2015. In 2019, they also obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org.
