Brandy Herfort

Brandy concentrates her practice in redevelopment law.

Brandy received her Bachelor of Arts degree, Summa Cum Laude, from Montclair State University with a major in Justice Studies with concentrations in Justice Systems, International Justice, and Paralegal Studies. Brandy also received a minor in Justice and Families. Brandy received her Juris Doctorate degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in May of 2021. During law school, Brandy was a submissions editor for Pace International Law Review and a Dean Scholar for criminal procedure.

Prior to joining the firm, Brandy clerked for the Honorable Lisa Perez-Friscia in Bergen County in a dual assignment. Brandy also interned for McManimon Scotland and Baumann in Spring of 2021.

Brandy is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the State of New York.
