Jennifer Harrison

With more than nine years of experience, Jennifer Harrison focuses her practice in the area of commercial real estate. Prior to joining McManimon, Scotland & Baumann LLC, Jennifer worked as an attorney for a NY law firm representing institutional lenders in commercial real estate financing. Jennifer is versed in various real estate matters which includes reviewing leases, organizational documents of borrowers, drafting and negotiating owner and tenant estoppel letters and various other commercial real estate documents for the financing of multi-family, retail, and mixed-use properties.

Prior to that, Jennifer worked as an Attorney for a title insurance company. During her years at the title company, Jennifer reviewed title records, entity organizational and estate documents for commercial and residential properties. She also served as lead on the purchase and refinance of numerous multi-million dollar commercial and residential properties with lender market leaders in New York and New Jersey.

Jennifer also serves on the Minorities in the Profession Committee of the New York City Bar Association.
