Danielle Facchine

Danielle Facchine, MBA, has extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition across various industries. At McMaster-Carr, Danielle currently serves in Customer Solutions and Capacity Coordination, contributing to streamlined processes and efficient operations. Previously, as Director of Recruiting at Miller Transportation Group, Danielle implemented innovative recruitment strategies, improving candidate flow and maintaining team accountability. Danielle held multiple leadership roles at NFI, including Contractor Relations Manager, where effective campaigns increased female driver recruitment, and managed a team focused on recruitment efficiency. Earlier experience includes roles in staffing and personnel management across several organizations, complemented by military service as a Sergeant in the New Jersey Army National Guard. Danielle holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University in Exercise Science and Sport Studies, along with a certification in Health & Life Coaching.
