Danielle Narcisse

Danielle Narcisse, MPH, serves as the Senior Manager of Management Recruiting and Senior Manager of Customer Service at McMaster-Carr since August 2019, where significant achievements include the development of a chat customer service team and the pilot launch of enterprise-level capacity management software, enhancing operational efficiency for over 900 staff. With previous experience as the Director of Youth Programs at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Danielle secured over $1 million in corporate partnerships, significantly increasing program engagement among girls.
