Jane Williams

Jane Williams, PMP, is currently a Product Research Analyst at McMaster-Carr since September 2025. Prior to this role, Jane served as the Manager of Residential Filter Development at Cyclopure from June 2022 to August 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing the production of Purefast Countertop Filters and driving process optimization initiatives. Jane's earlier experience includes working as a Product Engineer at Cyclopure, where innovative inventory systems and staff training were developed, and as a Student Research Assistant at Genective. Additional experience as an Office Associate at Midwest Insurance Agency spanned from May 2017 to May 2021. Jane obtained an undergraduate degree in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2022.
