Jessica Kahn

Jessica Kahn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Distribution Manager and Senior Human Resources Manager at McMaster-Carr since 2014, Jessica has successfully led high-priority strategic initiatives, including the development of a remote onboarding program during the pandemic. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager, Finance Manager, and Warehouse Operations Manager at McMaster-Carr, and Account Executive at Dix & Eaton. Jessica's educational background includes a BA from Kenyon College and an MBA in Strategy from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Additionally, Jessica participated in the Fulbright Program, focusing on public relations and English instruction in Macau and Hong Kong.
