Kendra Jones

Kendra Jones has extensive experience in business strategy and operations management, currently serving as a Senior Manager in sourcing and pricing at McMaster-Carr since July 2018. Kendra has held various roles at the company, including Senior Manager of Business Strategy and People, Operations Manager, and Supervisor in distribution, as well as Operations Supervisor in customer service. Prior to McMaster-Carr, Kendra worked as a Project Engineer at Kimberly-Clark from July 2016 to June 2018 and served as a Recruitment Captain for Management Leadership for Tomorrow. Kendra holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with a focus on operations, marketing, and entrepreneurship, and a B.S. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from The Ohio State University.
