Kyra Murphy

Kyra Murphy is an Incoming Management Development Professional at McMaster-Carr, with a strong background in global affairs and community engagement. Murphy has served in various roles at the University of Notre Dame, including Global Affairs Mentor and Program Assistant for the Gender Equity Team, leading initiatives to promote gender equity and supporting undergraduate students in their academic pursuits. Experience includes a Student Advisor position at Partners In Health focused on global health equity, a Product Innovation Intern role at LMI, and participation as a Hesburgh Democracy Fellow. Additionally, Murphy has engaged in research and development consulting at The Vines of Mendoza and completed a Women's Leadership program with the United Nations Institute for Training and Research.
