Melissa Chen

Melissa Chen has extensive experience in various roles with a focus on student support and financial strategy. Currently serving as a Credit Strategist at McMaster-Carr since October 2013, Melissa has previously worked as an AmeriCorps Member at City Year, where responsibilities included in-class tutoring, mentoring, and data management to enhance student attendance and performance. Prior experience also includes positions as a Computer Agent with Norwegian Cruise Line and as a Tutor and Mentor with America Reads. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from DePaul University and a High School Diploma from the Academy of the Sacred Heart in New Orleans.
