Noah Muñiz

Noah Muñiz currently serves as the Computer Aided Design Supervisor at McMaster-Carr, where responsibilities include leading monthly performance evaluations for a team of 14 CAD Designers and optimizing workflows to meet product targets. Previous roles include Management Trainee at McMaster-Carr, where a gap assessment was conducted to enhance product detail images and a tracking system was developed for image closures. As Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager at The University of Texas at Austin EcoCAR, Noah led DEI initiatives for a 40+ member engineering team, earning national recognition. Other experiences include Project Engineering Intern at Valero Energy Corporation, Project Manager Intern at Braustin Homes, and Mechanical Engineering Mentee at Southwest Research Institute. Noah holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Honors Mechanical Engineering and a Certificate in Elements of Computing from The University of Texas at Austin and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Data Science at UC Berkeley.
