Ryan J. Hough

Ryan J. Hough is an experienced CAD Analyst and Founder with a diverse professional background in engineering, design, and leadership. Currently serving at McMaster-Carr since November 2019, Ryan enhances brand visibility through strategic communications while previously excelling as a CAD Designer. As the Founder and Executive Director of Father's Journey, Ryan empowers single fathers through advocacy and program development. Prior experience includes roles as a Design Engineer at CET Incorporated and a Supplemental Instructor at Ivy Tech Community College. Ryan holds a Master's of Science in Information Design & Strategy from Northwestern University, an Associate's degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and Design Technology from Ivy Tech Community College, and a BSBA in International Business from Valparaiso University.
