Ryan Lee

Ryan Lee, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and operations, currently serving at McMaster-Carr since May 2015. In this role, Ryan has contributed to credit strategy and product support, as well as customer solutions and order entry. Previously, Ryan worked as a Human Resources Specialist with the U.S. Department of Energy, where a cohesive strategy was developed to enhance employee and manager engagement. Prior to that, Ryan was a Sales & Engagement Manager at Macy's, leading a high-performing team that achieved the highest sales in the Southwest Region. Educationally, Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Popular Culture and Media Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, a Master of Communication Management from the University of Southern California, and a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University, complemented by a Human Resources Business Partner certificate.
