Sisa Mateo

Sisa Mateo has extensive experience in operations and education, currently serving as the Director of Distribution Operations at McMaster-Carr since November 2015, with previous roles including Regional Manager, Project Manager, Operations Manager, Operational Supervisor, and Management Trainee. Prior to this, Sisa was a Corps Member with Teach for America, teaching first grade in a rural, low-income community and focusing on student data tracking to enhance reading abilities. Sisa's background also includes positions as a Technology Teaching Assistant at Brown University, a facilitator for The Female Sexuality Workshop, an English Language Instructor at Speaking-agency, and a Telefunder for The Bishop's School. Sisa holds a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Gender and Sexuality Studies and Comparative Literature from Brown University and is pursuing a Master of Arts at the University of Pennsylvania.
