Abdelghani Tbakhi

Abdelghani Tbakhi is a distinguished academic and medical professional currently serving as a Professor and Director of Stem Cell Processing Facilities at McMaster University since January 2023. Prior to this role, Abdelghani held the position of Chairman of the Department of Cell Therapy & Applied Genomics at the King Hussein Cancer Foundation and Center from November 2011 to April 2023. Abdelghani earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in Medicine from the University of Jordan, where studies were completed between 1980 and 1986.
