Allison Pether

Allison Pether is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Vice President of HR at TD Insurance, where significant achievements include designing the first Agile Corporate Journey and delivering enterprise capacity savings of $9 million. With prior experience at TD in various HR roles, Pether has effectively supported large-scale transformations, including TD's acquisition of Wells Fargo's Canadian Direct Equipment Finance business. Additionally, Pether has contributed to the community as a mentor at McMaster University and as an executive director at Daytrippers Children's Charity, driving substantial growth and engagement. Previous roles at Deloitte Canada and Royal Bank of Canada provided foundational expertise in human capital consulting and marketing.
