Anand S.

Anand S. is a seasoned professional with a robust background in electric vehicle (EV) architecture and engineering. Currently serving as Director (EV Architect) at onsemi, Anand leads cross-functional teams to develop next-generation module platforms while collaborating with the VP of Corporate Strategy. Anand also contributes to Harvard Business Review as an Advisory Council Member and holds an Adjunct Assistant Professor position at McMaster University, focusing on research collaboration and graduate student mentorship. Previous roles include Chief Engineer at Eaton, where Anand spearheaded vehicle electrification strategies, and Principal Research Engineer at LG Electronics. With extensive experience at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Anand developed electric traction motors and propulsion system innovations. Anand holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and additional degrees from Amrita Institute of Technology and Coimbatore Institute of Technology.
