Catherine Young

Catherine Young is a Senior Manager in Hospitality Services at McMaster University, where Catherine has been working since January 2012. Prior to this, Catherine served as the Executive Director of Catering & Special Events at Pepperwood Restaurant Group from July 2005 to December 2011. Before their time at Pepperwood, Catherine owned Lee McBride's Bistro from September 1989 to April 2003. Catherine is currently pursuing an Executive Management Program in Strategic Management at Degroote School of Business and holds a B. of Commerce Honours degree in Hotel & Food Administration from the University Of Guelph.
