Gayal Kavirathnalage

Gayal Kavirathnalage is an accomplished education program manager at McMaster University since July 2023, while also serving as a visiting professor at Conestoga College for a new leadership and management program. Previously worked as an assignment coordinator at ParaMed Home Health Care and as a contract tutor for Varsity Tutors between October 2022 and July 2023. Gayal has extensive teaching experience as a senior lecturer and lecturer cum lead in promotions and engagement at the International Institute of Health Sciences from March 2020 to July 2023. Earlier roles include assistant manager of quality assurance and intensive care nurse at The Lanka Hospitals Corporation PLC. Gayal holds an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
