Giovanna Marrelli

Giovanna Marrelli, CHRL, ccmp, currently serves as the Associate Director of Human Resources at McMaster University, a position held since January 2019, following tenure as a Senior Human Resources Strategic Partner. Prior experience includes over a decade at Fundserv Inc., where roles included Senior Human Resources Business Partner, HR Manager, and Director of Human Resources (maternity leave coverage). Earlier experience includes the position of Human Resources Generalist/Program Manager at John Deere. Giovanna holds a Human Resources Management Certificate from Sheridan College and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University.
