Spencer McMillan

Spencer McMillan, MBA, has a long history with McMillan Electric Company. Spencer started in 2010 as a Mechanical Engineer and Motor Designer before transitioning to the role of Quality Assurance Engineer in 2011. From there, they rapidly advanced within the company, becoming a Technical Account Manager in 2012 and then a Sales Manager in 2014. In 2016, they were promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing, a position they held until 2019 when they were appointed as the President of the company. Most recently, in August 2022, Spencer was promoted to the role of Chief Executive Officer.

Spencer McMillan completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business in the period between 2015 and 2017. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a degree in Economics from St. Olaf College, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Before entering college, Spencer attended St. Paul Academy and Summit School, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
