Brendan Blowers has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. He is currently serving as the PR and Communications Director at McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture since February 2021. Prior to that, Brendan worked as a Contributing Editor for Community Journals from November 2018 to January 2022. He also held the position of Marketing Director at Palmetto Technology Group (PTG) from December 2018 to February 2021. In 2018, Brendan and a business partner ran a boutique marketing consultancy called BPB Consulting, that developed and executed marketing and communication strategies for brands and agencies. Brendan also co-founded and operated a digital consultancy called Digital Prosper that worked on digital projects for notable clients such as Microsoft, Coach, American Eagle Outfitters, Fitness Together, and Best Buy. Earlier in his career, Brendan served as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Stadri Emblems where he led the marketing strategy for ten different verticals. Brendan also has experience as an Adjunct Professor at Dutchess Community College and as an Associate Professor at Technical College of the Lowcountry, where he taught writing and speech communication courses and provided support in educational technology.

Brendan Blowers holds an MFA from Savannah College of Art and Design, which he obtained from 2003 to 2005. Brendan also completed a Bachelor's Degree in English with a concentration in Creative Writing from Queens University of Charlotte from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, Brendan has obtained several certifications, including "Flow for Writers" and "Zero to Dangerous" from the Flow Research Collective, "Advanced Lead Generation" and "B2B Marketing Foundations" from LinkedIn, and certifications in Content Marketing, Google Analytics, and Inbound Marketing from HubSpot and Google. He is a published journalist with bylines in several leading architecture, design, business, and technology publications.
