Carolyn Jay

Carolyn Jay is an experienced HR professional specializing in HRIS, benefits, and payroll management. Currently serving as the National Manager of HRIS, Benefits and Payroll at McMillan LLP since July 2016, Carolyn has held various positions including Manager of HRIS, Benefits and Payroll. Prior to this, Carolyn had a long tenure at Brink’s Canada Limited from March 2001 to 2015, culminating in the role of Director of Human Resources. Carolyn's career began at Unilever, where a progression of roles in Human Resources included HRIS Analyst and HR Project Specialist from July 1989 to March 2001. Carolyn holds a B.A.A. in Business from Ryerson University.
