Cathy Tran

Cathy Tran is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Articling Student at McMillan LLP since August 2022. Previously, Cathy held the position of Court Clerk and Master of the Rolls at the Tribunal administratif du logement from September 2020 to December 2022 and worked as a Student Clerk for the Honourable Guylaine Duplessis at the Superior Court of Québec from September 2021 to April 2022. Additionally, Cathy was a Research Assistant for Professor Violaine Lemay at Université de Montréal from May 2021 to September 2021. Cathy Tran holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Université de Montréal, where studies were completed from 2019 to 2022, and obtained a Diplôme d'études collégiales in Sciences de la santé from Collège de Maisonneuve between 2017 and 2019. Education at École du Barreau was completed in December 2022.
