Leila Rafi

Leila Rafi is a Partner at McMillan LLP since November 2016 and has served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Lincoln Alexander School of Law since August 2023, previously holding the position of Adjunct Professor at Queen's Law from January 2021 to May 2022. Rafi has extensive legal experience, having been a Partner and Associate at McCarthy Tétrault from September 2008 to November 2016, and a Lawyer at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP from 2006 to 2008. Rafi also worked in Consumer Affairs at Procter & Gamble from 1994 to 1999. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The University of Western Ontario (2002-2005) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from The University of British Columbia (1999-2001), along with studies at the University of Toronto from 1997 to 1999.
