Mark Opashinov is a partner at McMillan LLP, where Mark has worked since January 1998, specializing in corporate, competition, and trade law. Mark provides legal counsel to both domestic and international clients, including notable S&P/TSX 60 companies, Fortune 500 firms, and multinational corporations from Europe and Asia. Prior to this role, Mark gained experience as an associate at The Law Society of Upper Canada from 1989 to 1993. Mark's academic qualifications include an LL.M. in Competition & Trade Law from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, along with a variety of degrees in law, English, and history from esteemed institutions, culminating in a B.A. from the University of Toronto - Victoria University.
