Osnat Fighel

Osnat Fighel, CHRL, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources (Talent Management and Employee Relations) at McMillan LLP since March 2022, overseeing talent management programs and employee relations for professional services staff. Prior to this role, Osnat was the Director of Human Resources at the Canadian Federation of Independent Business from February 2013 to December 2021, where leadership involved supporting nearly 400 employees across Canada, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, while ensuring a positive employee experience throughout the employee life cycle. Previous experience includes roles as Manager of Human Resources, Senior Human Resources Advisor, and Strategic Account Advisor at various organizations. Osnat holds a BA in Sociology from York University and a diploma in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic.
