Paula Stregger

Paula Stregger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing and business development within the legal sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Marketing & Business Development for Western Canada at McMillan LLP since May 2023, Paula is responsible for developing strategies that promote firm growth and enhance the firm's reputation. Previously, Paula held the position of Manager, Clients and Markets at McCarthy Tétrault from November 2021 to February 2023 and spent over two decades as the Marketing Manager at Miller Thomson LLP. Paula holds a B.A. (Hons.) from York University and a certificate in Effective Communication & Human Relations from Dale Carnegie Training. Additionally, Paula is currently pursuing further education at Queen's University.
