Tiffany Soucy

Tiffany Soucy is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in law and human resources. Currently serving as Director, Professional Resources at McMillan LLP since June 2018, Tiffany oversees recruitment and performance management for students and associates in the Toronto office, in addition to national senior lateral lawyer recruitment. Prior to McMillan, Tiffany held the position of Counsel, Professional Development at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, where responsibilities included professional development initiatives and liaising with the Law Society of Ontario on accreditation matters. Tiffany began their career as a Litigation Associate at Dentons, handling various corporate commercial disputes, and also gained early experience as a Human Resources Assistant at Metroland Printing Publishing and Distributing. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Queen's University, a Master of Arts (MA) in Philosophy, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Philosophy from Western University.
