David Lilly

David Lilly is a seasoned Design Technology Specialist III at McMillen Jacobs Associates, with extensive experience in design and drafting spanning over three decades. At McMillen Jacobs Associates since March 2008, David excels in utilizing design technology for various projects. Prior to this, David worked as a Design Drafter at Cosmopolitan Engineering Group from April 2005 to 2007, contributing to the Brightwater Treatment System Project by producing and modifying detailed plans. David's career began at Transportation Planning and Engineering from 1990 to 2005 as a Senior Engineering Technician/Drafter, where significant contributions were made in creating comprehensive plan sheets and developing efficient systems for traffic analysis. Early in the career, David also served as a Production Manager and Screen Printer at Techni/Graphics from 1986 to 1988, managing a variety of project processes. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Design and Visual Communications from Western Washington University, earned between 1976 and 1980.
