Marie J. Bodi

Marie J. Bodi currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President at McNabb Properties, Ltd., and has been involved with NHCIBOR & NHCIBOR Cares since January 2001, where roles include Committee Chair and NH CIBOR CARES Board Member. With a rich background in commercial real estate, Marie has held various leadership positions across multiple organizations, including Vice President of Management/Leasing at McNabb Properties and Property Manager/Business Development Officer at CPManagement, Inc. Notably recognized as NH CIBOR REALTOR OF THE YEAR in 2013, Marie's career highlights include management of a $25 million commercial real estate portfolio, achieving economic development milestones at Pease Development Authority, and significant contributions to the establishment of a Commercial Information Exchange in New Hampshire. Marie is also a Certified Occupancy Specialist and has pursued education through the CCIM Institute and Granite State College.
