Lou Rassey has a diverse and extensive work experience. Lou started their career at DaimlerChrysler in 1995 and held various roles until 2001. Lou then worked at TRITEC Motors, BMW & DC Joint Venture as part of the operations team from 1999 to 2001. Rassey joined McKinsey & Company in 2003 and served as a Principal until 2015. In 2015, they founded Two Roads Group and served as the CEO until 2023. From 2017 to 2023, they were also the Co-founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of Fast Radius. Currently, Rassey is the Co-CEO and Managing Partner at McNally Capital, starting in 2024.

Lou Rassey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame in 1995. Lou then pursued a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, which they completed in 1997. Later, they attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Lou also simultaneously pursued an MBA degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management during the same time period.
