Jessica Ray is a highly experienced Senior Commercial Lines Underwriter at McNeil & Co., where involvement spans from April 2011 to the present. In this role, Jessica Ray analyzes individual risks for niche program suitability and pricing, collaborates with Safety Specialists to create Action Plans for operational enhancement, and monitors accounts with special underwriting needs. Additional responsibilities include developing training programs for junior associates and participating in specialized group projects. Prior to this, Jessica Ray gained customer service experience as a Server at Friendly's Ice Cream, LLC, and as a Key Holder at Foot Locker. Jessica Ray earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh from 2005 to 2010.
