Scott Molde has a strong background in engineering and operations management, with experience in various food companies such as McNeil Industrial, ConAgra Foods, Farmland Foods, and Sara Lee. With a BS in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota State University, Scott has excelled in roles such as Chief Operations Officer, Sr Director Engineering, Director Engineering, and Engineering Manager. He has been responsible for leading corporate engineering functions, managing teams, capital planning and execution, facility maintenance, and environmental compliance.
