Becky Herrold

Becky Herrold is a dedicated safety management professional with extensive experience in overseeing safety programs across various organizations. Currently serving as Safety Manager at McNeilus Steel, Inc. since August 2013, Becky is responsible for the safety of Fargo facilities and the development of corporate-wide safety initiatives. Prior to this role, Becky worked as a Safety Coordinator at TEAM Industries, where responsibility included safety training for over 400 employees and the implementation of environmental programs. Previous experience includes serving as HR Generalist at Swanson Health Products, Inc., focusing on policy development and employee benefits, and as Office Manager at A.W.
