Tim Gensmer

Tim Gensmer is an experienced inventory and operations professional with a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain management. Currently serving as an Inventory Assistant at McNeilus Steel, Inc. since September 2018, Tim previously held the position of VP of Operations at RDM of Minnesota, where responsibilities included managing costs and ensuring on-time delivery while implementing changes to improve quality. Tim's extensive experience also includes a lengthy tenure as Production Manager at McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing, overseeing mixer production and paint processes while conducting continuous improvement training focused on 5S and lean methodologies. Tim holds a Critical Chain Project Management Certificate from Goldratt Institute and an Associate's degree in Welding Technology from Winona Area Vocational School.
