Richard Dean is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in configuration and design within the concrete and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as a Sr. Configuration Specialist at Revolution Concrete Mixers since March 2023, Richard is instrumental in the transition following the acquisition of the Rear Discharge Mixer business. Prior to this role, Richard held various positions at McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing, Inc., including Sr. Configuration Specialist-Mixer and Systems Engineering Manager, where a team successfully completed over 2000 change notice files since 2007. Richard's earlier career includes design roles at CBT Companies and JT Cullen, specializing in components for steel mills. Richard holds an Associate Degree in Supervisory Management from Riverland Community College and a Computer Aided Drafting Certificate from Sauk Valley Community College.
