Andrew Smith has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a career spanning over a decade in various management roles. Currently serving as a Manager at McNellie's Group since April 2017, Andrew previously held positions as General Manager at both HUSA and Henry Hudson's, where responsibilities included hiring, training employees, and developing specials to enhance customer engagement. Andrew's early career included management roles at Bikinis Sports Bar & Grill and Henry Hudson's, as well as experience as a sauté chef at Cascata. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts from the University of Central Oklahoma, having also attended Cameron University.

Formed in 2009, The McNellie’s Group owns and operates a number of restaurants and bars throughout Oklahoma. The venture was started in 2004 by principal owner Elliot Nelson, with the opening of James E. McNellie’s Public House in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma. The McNellie's Group portfolio includes McNellie's, El Guapo's Cantina, Yokozuna, Dust Bowl Lanes & Lounge, Dilly Diner, The Tavern, Fassler Hall, & Elgin Park.
