McNellie's Group
Francisco E. Caballero is a Petroleum Engineering student at The University of Tulsa and has gained extensive practical experience through various internships. Currently serving as an Applications Engineering Intern at NOV, Francisco focuses on optimizing the performance of ESP units and conducting trend analysis on production data across multiple basins. Previous experience includes a Mechanical/Chemical Engineering Internship at Ten-Nine Technologies, where Francisco developed 3D models and assisted in laboratory testing. Earlier roles at McNellie's Group and QuikTrip involved customer service and support, highlighting strong interpersonal skills. Francisco holds an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tulsa Community College and a High School Diploma from Union Public Schools.

Formed in 2009, The McNellie’s Group owns and operates a number of restaurants and bars throughout Oklahoma. The venture was started in 2004 by principal owner Elliot Nelson, with the opening of James E. McNellie’s Public House in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma. The McNellie's Group portfolio includes McNellie's, El Guapo's Cantina, Yokozuna, Dust Bowl Lanes & Lounge, Dilly Diner, The Tavern, Fassler Hall, & Elgin Park.
