Kiran Boorgadda

Kiran Boorgadda has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2004, they started as a Technical Administrator at Enterprise Plc, where they provided technical assistance to the administrative department. From 2006 to 2012, they worked as a Report Developer at J Murphy Group, generating reports using Insight and SQL server database.

In 2012, Kiran joined Transport for London as a Solutions Analyst, where they dealt with Lane rental and Non Lane rental ASD and GIS reports, monitored LSWR systems, and generated daily reports. Kiran later became a Product Owner, delivering complex projects and initiatives while maintaining the solution vision, roadmap, and backlog. In 2019, they were promoted to Senior Product Owner, leading and steering products to delight customers and drive business growth.

From 2021 to 2022, Kiran worked at ONPASSIVE as a Product Manager, heavily involved in the product life cycle, decision-making, market analysis, product positioning, and gathering customer feedback.

In 2022, they moved to Dell Technologies as a Senior Advisor Product Management-IT / Product Manager. In this role, they claimed ownership of processes throughout the product life cycle, communicated and collaborated with teams, and had a deep understanding of customer needs and stakeholder demands.

Most recently, Kiran started working at MCO (MyComplianceOffice) in 2023 as a Product Manager/Senior Product Owner, applying their expertise in product management and ownership.

Kiran Boorgadda has a postgraduate degree in Business Management from Kakatiya University. Prior to that, Kiran Boorgadda obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the same university.
