Tianni Seignious

Tianni Seignious, MBA, is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in trade marketing and customer experience across the beauty industry. Currently serving as the Global Trade Marketing Manager at MCoBeauty since March 2025, Tianni is also the Founder of BROWNSUGAH since December 2016. Previous roles include Trade Marketing Manager at both Glossier, Inc. and Beauty by Imagination, along with a position at eos Products as Assistant Digital & E-Commerce Marketing Manager. Tianni has also held various positions at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., contributing to global product marketing and corporate communications. Additionally, Tianni has been involved in academic contributions as a Customer Experience Program Advisor at the University of Richmond and as a member of the Customer Experience Advisory Council at The George Washington University School of Business. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Howard University and an MBA from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
