MCorp Investments is a wholly black owned and managed investment company. Our intent is to turn this business into a global investment holding company. We have invested through our own balance sheet in various early-stage businesses across the globe over the years.

Initially, when we established MCorp Investments, our objective was to invest a minority stake in operating entities with a view to build up a portfolio of investee companies. Our strategy has since evolved into becoming operators as opposed to holding passive investments through minority stakes. We are actively looking for opportunities to buy 100% equity or controlling stakes.

We are also developing our own projects pipeline in house to own and operate, with a project currently in the pre-feasibility study phase.

Our founders are seasoned executives and businesspersons, with extensive corporate governance experience having served on various boards over the years. They also have extensive experience in capital raising both in local and international markets. The business is about legacy and generational wealth creation.
