Deborah Willems

Deborah Willems is an experienced medical laboratory professional currently serving as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) at McPherson Hospital, Inc. since May 2023. Prior to this role, Deborah worked as a Medical Laboratory Technologist/Clinical Scientist at Olathe Medical Systems from January 2006 to July 2015, followed by a position as a Medical Technologist at Hutchinson Regional Healthcare System starting in July 2015. In the latter role, Deborah has been one of two technicians on the night shift in a 199-bed hospital with a Level 3 trauma center, responsible for various laboratory functions including Blood Banking, Hematology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Coagulation Studies, and Urinalysis. Additionally, Deborah has served as a Medical Technologist and Point of Care Educator at Hutchinson Regional Healthcare System.
