Susan McQuillen

Susan McQuillen is a seasoned business owner with extensive experience in engineering support and manufacturing. As the owner of Trison Business Solutions, Inc. since January 2003, Susan has been responsible for contract management and enhancing employee satisfaction in a Rochester, NY-based medical device company. Additionally, Susan co-owns McQuillen Manufacturing and Carl McQuillen Engines Inc., managing accounting and human resource functions in these family-owned businesses. Susan holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology, along with earlier education from the State University of New York Cortland and Caledonia Mumford Central School.
