Caique Silva

Caique Silva has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as the Head of Operations at MCR Group since October 2019. Prior to this role, Caique held positions as the Quality & Operations Manager at the same company and worked at St. Patrick's Mental Health Services as a Team Supervisor in the Household Department from April 2016 to October 2019. Caique's career began at Supermac's, where responsibilities included serving as an Assistant Manager from June 2012 to April 2016. Caique holds a degree in Business Management from CMI College.
