Monica Rider

Monica Rider has a diverse work history with experience in healthcare and data analysis. From 2021 onwards, they have held multiple positions at MCR Health, Inc, starting as the VP/Chief of Medicine and then transitioning to the role of Chief Medical Officer/Medical Director. Monica also serves as a Board Member for Girls on the Run Greater Tampa Bay. Prior to their current roles, Monica worked at Tampa Family Health Centers as the Chief Medical Officer and as a Physician from 2013 to 2021. Monica gained experience in family medicine during their time as a Family Medicine Resident at Larkin Community Hospital from 2010 to 2013. Monica began their career as a Data Analyst at UAB in 2003.

Monica Rider earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry from Xavier University of Louisiana, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Monica then pursued Osteopathic Medicine/Osteopathy at Nova Southeastern University, where they obtained their D.O. degree.
