Laura Smith

Laura Smith has extensive experience in executive search, currently serving as a Senior Executive Search Manager at MCR International since September 2006, following a role as Senior Executive Search Consultant. Prior to this, Laura worked at Tea Cegos as a Becaria in the Selection Department from September 2003 to September 2004. Laura holds a Master's degree in People Management and Organizational Development from ESIC Business & Marketing School, completed between 2010 and 2011, and a Licentiate degree in Psychology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, earned from 1999 to 2005.
