María Blanco

María Blanco is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international consulting and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior International Consultant at MCR International since February 2022, María previously held the position of Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Accelsiors CRO from January 2015 to January 2022, where responsibilities included managing recruitment processes across various global regions. Prior to this role, María worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Shire from May 2011 to September 2014, supporting HR functions and acting as an interim HR Business Partner for Spain and Portugal. María’s career began at MCR International in 2002, where María served as the Head of the Barcelona Office and Executive Search Consultant until 2011. María holds a Degree in Business Administration from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and studied at LIUC - Università Cattaneo.
