Ross Gutman's work experience includes positions at multiple companies in various industries. Ross began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Tax Associate, where they conducted research and volunteered to assist other departments. Ross then worked at Compass Capital as a Financial Analyst, where they prepared financial and tax models and evaluated potential business opportunities. Ross also worked at Instrumentation Laboratory as an Internal Consulting Summer Intern, where they led projects to improve service center operations. At Hertz, Gutman held various roles within the Accelerated Leadership Program, including Business Analyst for Global Tax, Assistant Region Controller for Hertz Equipment Rental Group, and Business Analyst for Finance Shared Services Group. In these roles, they managed projects, performed process improvements, and provided financial support. Most recently, Gutman served as the Director of Business Operations at MCR Labs.
Ross Gutman started their education journey in 2001 at Bentley University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. This four-year program lasted until 2005.

Seeking further educational advancement, Gutman attended Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business from 2009 to 2011. Ross pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance and Financial Management Services.
