Marcia O’Brien

Marcia O’Brien joined MCR in 2001 and serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She is responsible for the oversight of the Finance and Contracts organizations. She oversees planning, forecasting and financial analysis of company operations and provides reporting and analysis to internal management and the Board of Directors. In addition, she is responsible for accounting and compliance with government contracting regulations as well as international regulations related to MCR’s global operations. Mrs. O’Brien also develops and maintains relationships with banking institutions to provide financing for MCR’s operations. She is an operating and strategic partner to the CEO and senior management team. ​ Prior to joining MCR, Mrs. O’Brien served various roles in finance at Science Applications, Incorporated and Dyncorp International, and KPMG Peat Marwick. Mrs. O’Brien has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech.
